The practice at this Marlborough location has been serving families since 1965. For over 60 years, generations of MetroWest residents have trusted this office for their dental care.
In May 2025, Dr. Ambereen Fatima, a fellowship-trained dentist with over a decade of clinical experience, acquired the practice and brought advanced technology and a patient-first approach to this location.
As Innova Smiles, we honor that history while raising the bar for what dental care in Marlborough can be: thorough, transparent, and personal.

In partnership with the Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce, Innova Smiles donates 100 fully equipped school backpacks each year to help local students start the academic year prepared and confident.

Active member of the Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce. We collaborate with local businesses, sponsor community welcome bags for Wayside Athletic Club, and participate in civic programs that strengthen the MetroWest area.

Active member of the Corridor 9/495 Regional Chamber of Commerce, sponsoring golf t-shirts and athletic gear for local high school athletes across Westborough, Northborough, Southborough, and Marlborough.
