Most PPO dental insurance plans cover preventive visits, including cleanings, exams, and necessary X-rays, at 100%. We verify your benefits before your appointment and file all claims on your behalf. If your plan covers preventive care fully, you pay $0 out of pocket. We also include a complimentary topical fluoride varnish application if clinically indicated based on your caries risk assessment (a $69 value) for all new insured patients.

The $149 Signature Visit includes a comprehensive dental evaluation by Dr. Fatima, a professional wellness cleaning, and any necessary digital X-rays as clinically indicated. This all-inclusive new patient appointment gives us a complete picture of your oral health and lets you experience our care philosophy firsthand.

The Signature Visit is available exclusively for new patients who have not visited Innova Smiles before. If you are a returning patient, please call us at (508) 481-0110 to discuss care options that best fit your needs.

No insurance is required. If you have dental insurance, your cleaning, exam, and necessary X-rays may be fully covered at $0. If you don't have insurance, the $149 Signature Visit gives you comprehensive care at a significant savings. Either way, you're covered.

Yes. Patients aged 65 and older receive 10% off all dental treatments at Innova Smiles. This applies to cleanings, fillings, crowns, implants, and more. Simply mention the senior discount when booking or at check-in. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.

We typically have new patient appointments available within 1–2 weeks. For the most flexibility, we recommend booking online or calling at least one week in advance. Same-week appointments may be available, call (508) 481-0110 to check.
