Do you see children?
Yes, from age 1 or the first tooth. Dr. Fatima is a general dentist who treats the whole family.
What should I bring to a first visit?
Photo ID, insurance card, a list of medications, and any recent X-rays if you have them; forms can be completed online in advance.
What are your hours?
Monday–Thursday 9 AM–5 PM, Friday 9 AM–1 PM. Closed New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

While our modern practice is located in Marlborough, MA, we serve patients from many neighboring towns. We regularly welcome families traveling from Hudson, Northborough, Southborough, Westborough, and Sudbury. We are easy to reach and have free parking at the door.
What types of dental insurance do you accept at your Marlborough office?
We accept all PPO dental plans and file your claim either way. We are in-network with Delta Dental (Premier and PPO), Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA (Dental Blue PPO, Dental Blue 65 and Medicare HMO plans), Cigna and Altus (select plans), Guardian and Humana, plus many Aetna and MetLife plans through Guardian's network-sharing agreement and many United Concordia plans through Humana's; UnitedHealthcare, Ameritas, Principal and the plans outside those agreements are out-of-network. Benefits verification is free. Once you've booked your appointment and returned your forms, we'll verify your insurance benefits and call you with a breakdown within three business days. We file all claims for you. For patients without insurance, our In-House Membership Plan and flexible financing keep care affordable.
