“I had a great experience at Innova Smiles in Boston. I was visiting the city when I suddenly developed severe dental pain, and they were able to give me an immediate appointment, which was such a relief. After examining me, they diagnosed the issue as needing a root canal, and everything was handled with so much care and professionalism. Dr. Fatima was incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive. She is very soft-spoken, patient, and took her time explaining the procedure, which really helped put me at ease during a stressful moment. The clinic itself is beautiful—clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. I really appreciated the little thoughtful touches like cold water and drinks for patients. There was hardly any waiting time, and the dental assistant was also very friendly and attentive. My X-rays were taken quickly, and the Dr Fatima personally checked in with me afterward. I also want to mention the receptionist, who explained the billing very clearly. Everything was transparent with no hidden charges, which I truly appreciated. As a high school teacher I appreciate someone who explains things clearly. I wish I could have packed her and take her with me to Illinois. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Innova Smiles to anyone looking for caring, high-quality dental care.”

They use advanced technology, including the Trios 5 intraoral scanner, which creates a precise 3D model for the flipper.
