Location photography credits
The hero photographs on our community location pages show real local landmarks across MetroWest Massachusetts. Most are in the public domain or released under CC0 and require no attribution. Patient consent
Patient images appearing in the smile gallery and on service pages are published with the patient's written consent. Patients retain the right to request removal of any image of themselves at any time by emailing info@innovasmilesdental.com or calling (508) 481-0110.
Permitted use
- News & editorial:Journalists may use clinic or staff photography in editorial coverage of Innova Smiles with appropriate credit (“Photo: Innova Smiles Dental”) and a link back to innovasmilesdental.com. Patient before/after images may not be used without separate written permission from both Innova Smiles Dental and the patient.
- Personal reference: Prospective patients may save images for personal reference (e.g. discussing options with family). No redistribution permitted.
- All other uses— including commercial use, training of AI models, reproduction in marketing materials, or republication on third-party websites — require prior written consent.
Requesting a license
To request a license to reuse any image from this website, please email info@innovasmilesdental.com with:
- The specific image URL(s) you wish to use.
- The intended publication, audience, and reach.
- Whether the use is commercial or non-commercial.
