Innova Smiles is a general dental practice located at 340 Maple St Suite 100, Marlborough, MA 01752. All dental services are provided by licensed dentists registered with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Dentistry. In accordance with 234 CMR, patients are entitled to a written treatment plan with itemized fees before treatment begins. Advertising of dental services on this website complies with Massachusetts regulations governing dental advertising.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
