Dr. Fatima trained at NYU College of Dentistry and earned two implant fellowships — FICOI in implant dentistry and FAAIP in implant prosthodontics — and completed surgical implant training at the Live Implant Training Institute, bringing fellowship-level care to patients right here in Marlborough and coordinating specialist care when clinically appropriate.

Continuing a Tradition
Innova Smiles continues a tradition of dental care at 340 Maple St, Marlborough, that dates back to 1965. Dr. Daniel R. O’Brien, DMD, led the practice for 36 years before transitioning it to Dr. Ambereen Fatima in 2025. Today, Dr. Fatima leads every appointment and serves the patients and MetroWest community that Dr. O’Brien cared for.
