Not always. Using advanced 3D CBCT imaging, we can precisely measure your bone volume before recommending a graft. Many patients who have had missing teeth for years have adequate bone for All-on-4 because the tilted implants engage denser bone at the back of the jaw. We will give you a definitive answer after reviewing your 3D scan.
Ideal candidates have lost most or all of their natural teeth, suffer from severe decay affecting multiple teeth, or have dentures they find uncomfortable and want a permanent solution.
